On Wednesday,
July 16th, the first phase of the bell tower was erected. The bell had been
removed from the downtown
Nicolai Church which was torn down in 1981.
It had been stored at the Lueders farm since that time. The bell dates back to
April 29, 1907.
The following pictures show the bell being hoisted into place.
